Fancy Steak Marinade
Ingredients Ingredients (marinade) 1-2 pounds of steak, dealers choice 6 minced garlic cloves 1 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp cayenne 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup worcester sauce 2 tbsp oil (any kind) ? cup lime juice 2 tsp salt or more to taste 2 tsp black pepper Instructions Place all ingredients in large bag or tupperware. Shake well and sit in fridge for 2 hours minimum. Shake the ingredients around every once in a while. Let warm up on counter for 0.5-1 hour before grilling.
