Ingredients

2.75 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter slightly softened
1.5 cups sugar plain
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon coating

½ cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat to 350 F
In large bowl mix cookie ingredients and mix well. Separately in small bowl, mix coating ingredients and set aside.
Of the cookie ingredient, create small balls, roll once in cinnamon mixture and then place on tray small cookie balls placed 2" apart.
After preheated, bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool and then serve!
