Fancy Steak Marinade

Flavorful marinade with soy sauce, lime, and spices perfect for grilled steak

Ingredients (marinade)

• 1-2 pounds of steak, dealers choice
• 6 minced garlic cloves
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp cayenne
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup worcester sauce
• 2 tbsp oil (any kind)
• ? cup lime juice
• 2 tsp salt or more to taste
• 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in large bag or tupperware. Shake well and sit in fridge for 2 hours minimum. Shake the ingredients around every once in a while. Let warm up on counter for 0.5-1 hour before grilling.
